Shipping & Return Policy


Minimum Opening Order is $500. Back orders will be shipped as ready or within six months of order ship date unless cancelled in writing to Orders must be written in a case pack or minimum quantities. America & Beyond reserves the right to increase quantities to meet our case pack or minimum requirements. America & Beyond is a wholesaler and will only sell to a retail business with a valid retail identification number. America & Beyond prices listed here are valid until further notice. However due to market factors outside of our control, published prices and MSRPs may be adjusted.

Payment Terms

All opening orders must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover or Check, wire transfer or other viable payment method. In case of a dispute, customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney’s fees.


America & Beyond reserves the right to ship via any reputable shipper by any method. Special routing instructions must be specified or America & Beyond will ship at its own discretion. Customers who refuse a shipment will be responsible for the cost of both outbound and inbound freight as well as the order cost. Should you wish to cancel an order and/or backorder a written notification to info@americaandbeyond.comis required AND you must receive IN WRITING an authorization of cancelation. Otherwise, your order will ship at the original required date and backorders will ship within 6 months and no refunds will be given on this basis. Shipping charges will be billed and charged at the time the order is placed.

Returns & Claims

All returns are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact or call (+1)716-902-6447 to obtain your unique RA# and form. All returned shipments must include the completed form. In case of purported damages or incorrect items, all claims must be submitted in writing to America & Beyond within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once you received an RMA#, returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns are subject to approval by America & Beyond and must be received in resalable condition (i.e. original packaging without damages, retain price tags etc.). A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned merchandise that meets the above criteria. Returns that do not adhere to this policy (i.e. broken packs, items returned by consumers, items washed or steamed etc.) and require additional handling may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or NO CREDIT at all will be given, it’s decided on a case by case basis depending on the return. Open credits must be used in full and within six months of issuance.

Note: America & Beyond Products are handcrafted and made from natural materials such as bamboo, jute, shell, rattan, raffia, cotton, cane, and wood as well as recycled materials such as glass, aluminum and paper. As a result, our products will have a slight variation in color, texture and finish. These variations are not considered damages and returns will not be accepted.
