This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made from “America & Beyond”. By placing an order with America & Beyond, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
America & Beyond is a wholesale supplier of fashion apparel, handbags, accessories, and lifestyle products. We sell exclusively to qualified retail businesses and boutiques. We do not sell directly to consumers.
Minimum opening order: USD $500.00
Orders must be placed in applicable case-pack quantities or minimum order quantities.
America & Beyond reserves the right to adjust order quantities to comply with packaging or production requirements.
Prices and Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, labor, freight, tariffs, currency exchange rates, or other market conditions.
Many of our products are handcrafted and manufactured specifically for each order. Estimated production and shipping dates provided at trade shows or during order confirmation are estimates only and may change due to:
Artisan production schedules
Availability of raw materials
Quality control requirements
Seasonal demand
Shipping and customs delays
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Because products are made to order, cancellations will not be accepted within 30 days of the scheduled ship date unless approved in writing by America & Beyond.
All opening orders must be prepaid unless otherwise approved by America & Beyond in writing.

Orders are not considered confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Delayed or incomplete payments will delay production and shipment.
In the event of non-payment, the Customer agrees to reimburse America & Beyond for all reasonable collection costs, attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses to the extent permitted by applicable law.
America & Beyond reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and shipping method unless alternative routing instructions are agreed upon in writing before shipment.
Shipping charges are invoiced separately and are payable by the Customer.
All orders are shipped from India.
The ship date represents the date on which merchandise leaves our warehouse. It does not represent the delivery date.
Typical transit times are approximately 10–14 business days after shipment; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. America & Beyond shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Order changes or cancellations become effective only after written approval from America & Beyond.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Backordered merchandise may ship within 30 days of the original scheduled shipment date.
Orders that have entered production or are already in transit cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will not be issued solely because merchandise ships as a backorder within the permitted period.
Customers refusing delivery remain responsible for:
Original shipping charges
Return freight charges
Applicable restocking fees
Any additional costs incurred by America & Beyond
All returns require prior written authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns received without an authorized RMA may be refused.
Claims relating to damaged merchandise, shortages, manufacturing defects, or incorrectly shipped products must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the shipment.
America & Beyond may require photographs or additional documentation before approving any claim.
Approved returns must:
Be shipped within 14 calendar days after the RMA has been issued.
Be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original resalable condition.
Include original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories.
If a garment is received with a manufacturing defect, only the individual size(s) or unit(s) confirmed to be defective will be eligible for replacement or merchandise credit. The remaining garments within the pack that are not defective are not eligible for return, replacement, or credit.
If the entire pack is determined by America & Beyond to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, the complete pack may be approved for replacement or merchandise credit at our sole discretion.
Merchandise that has been altered, washed, steamed, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may be refused or may receive only partial credit.
Approved returns are subject to the following:
Standard approved returns: 20% restocking fee
Returns involving broken case packs, customer-used merchandise, damaged packaging, washed or steamed items, or merchandise requiring additional processing may be subject to:
A restocking fee of up to 50%, or
Rejection without credit.
America & Beyond reserves the sole right to determine the condition and eligibility of returned merchandise.
America & Beyond operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier and does not issue cash refunds.
Approved claims will be resolved, at our sole discretion, by one or more of the following:
Merchandise replacement
Merchandise credit
Partial credit
Repair, where applicable
Another commercially reasonable resolution
Merchandise credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
Replacement merchandise may be shipped with the Customer’s next qualifying order of USD $350.00 or more.
America & Beyond products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural and recycled materials, including bamboo, jute, shell, raffia, rattan, cotton, cane, wood, glass, aluminum, and paper.
Due to the handmade nature of these products, slight variations in color, texture, weave, finish, dimensions, and natural characteristics are normal and should not be considered defects.
Such variations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, credits, or warranty claims.
America & Beyond shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor shortages, transportation interruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, war, terrorism, strikes, or shortages of raw materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, America & Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, shipment, delay, or use of its products.
America & Beyond’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the merchandise giving rise to the claim.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
America & Beyond reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed shall govern that transaction.
